It all looked perfect in theory. In reality it got pretty messy

I ended up with over 500 products with 50+ unique designs. The shop is still live today, even if the quality wasn't as polished than what came later. ( I think I've lost the password haha )

These days I mostly just sell things I don’t use anymore.

But then I decided to try out Print-on-Demand (POD). Where you can put any piece of art on a product and sell it. (Think shirts, mugs, hoodies, phone cases, etc.) This time i've decided to put the artwork on posters. I learned how to set up an Etsy shop, calculate shipping costs, and prepare products for POD.

This shop had 41 products. It was also the first time I hired someone to help with SEO-optimized titles and descriptions. (Search Engine optimisation)

Besides physical posters, I also sold the digital files (PNG, SVG, PDF) with full commercial use licenses for any artist who wanted to use my art for their own projects.

Later it got re-branded into a Halloween themed shop ( ghost theme ). Everything was high quality and came in multiple file formats.

Eventually I changed direction again and turned it into a poster shop, this time Shipping the posters with actual frames ( TBH, if i didn't re-brand the shops and just created new shops everytime i had an idea, i would have over 1.4 million active shops.)

The digital product range is wild, from B2B deeply researched cold email templates to custom notion workspaces.

I even ran a small Meta ad for it (€0.04 CPC on a €5 budget). Right after launching though, I had to go to military re-training for a couple of weeks. By the time I came back, the momentum was gone. Still kind of sad about it — I genuinely enjoyed building that one.

It was also my first real GitHub push. Used free tools the whole way and documented the whole messy process on X. The site is still live at sleekshadow.com — proof that sometimes you can just ship fast and figure it out later.

Fun fact: I got side tracked while creating this project with an idea "lets film a short video" But then perfectionism hit and an hour later i was so frustrated.. I didn't even want to work on the project anymore.

though I still shipped 50+ updates that day. All being minor improvements.

Another fun fact, on this project my a.i coding assistant struggled to turn a square into a circle for 30 minutes. Sometimes it can code a full website with one prompt and sometimes this.

All you need is a picture and our tool generates Search engine Optimized Tittles, Descriptions, Tags and extra SEO keywords if the person wants to launch ads.

Made it completely free to try out with no registration for 3 tries

That with one line input: Create a video

Does the following:

- Picks a random Niche.
- Writes a video script with a hook + Tags + Description + Tittle
- generates a.i pictures on the said Niche
- Turns those pictures into video
- Combines everything into a video
- Puts a voice over
- Uses my credentials to Publish on Youtube. (This took a long time to set up)

All with one sentence.

(which also can be automated to be run on a loop for e.x every 2 hours. Without me saying anything)

Also it had a web interface, but sadly it somehow got overwritten with another website (foreshadowing: Project Hotkey)

Note: My Grok-Build subscription had stopped working so the project stopped as well. For now, the system itself is built

It's not perfect, just needs a better video model (because this one free for me) and some settings tweaking and in a couple of days you could have an automated video creation machine that runs 24/7.

-also Added 11labs voiceovers for better quality
-found out youtube limits to 10 uploads/day lol.

Fun fact: I got a warning because a video was uploaded which contained nudity :D

Cue me researching and installing random apps to find a simple way to turn voice into text.

Wasted, 2 hours, and got frustrated. I honestly couldn't believe how such a simple thing wasn't available for download.

And even if it was it didn't work.

So I built it myself.

For linux, download available, light version, 100% free.

The only problem.

My linux system was too old, and i just couldn't make it work.

-This also made me realize how easy it was to create a software app.

And by create I mean ask my agent to do it.

I still don't know how to code

Just a cool way to remember memories.

This could be paired with those physical frames that lets you upload your own pictures - wait, wouldn't it be weird if a company made physical frames and sold them with another families pictures which you couldn't remove.

What motion does it create?
You can notice Trees move, leaves fall.
Hair slightly moving in the wind. Sometimes people blink.

And Sometimes they give an award winning alien smile with too many teeth - Yea, I need to fix that.

But It works!

It's not a big project, but a cool one non the less.
